Born and raised in Avon, Indiana, I graduated from Indiana University majoring in Political Science (B.A.). I earned my Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, attending the night program while working as a paralegal during the day.
I find a great deal of joy in being a small town family lawyer. I spend my days helping people, trying to find solutions to their problems both in and, preferably, out of the courtroom.
“Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can. As a peacemaker the lawyer has superior opportunity of being a good man. There will still be business enough.”
- Abraham Lincoln
When not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and losing at fantasy football.
