LEGAL SERVICES - FEES & PAYMENT

Flat Fees:  For most estate planning, I offer flat-fee planning packages that include all of the documents that you will need along with my time.  Depending on your particular planning, there may be additional recording or filing fees.

Retainer: Most hourly litigation clients are asked to deposit a retainer into a trust account. Those funds will be used for attorney fees and other costs, such as court filing fees. If the case ends and money remains in the trust account, the client receives a refund. 

We accept payments through secure payment links through Clio Payments (SEE LINKS TO PAY BELOW) or by check, cash, and/or money order/cashier's check. 

Retainers vary depending on the case.  The retainer amount is not a prediction of the total cost of a case.  I will normally quote you a retainer after a phone consultation.
