I work with clients and their families to create estate plans tailored to their needs using Wills, Trusts, Power-of-Attorneys, and other documents. I provide probate and non-probate asset planning.
If you've lost a loved one, I can assist you with being appointed as executor or personal representative through the probate court process. I handle small estate administration as well.
My goal is to guide you and your family to develop a plan to address your legal, financial, and long-term health-care planning concerns as you age. We can also assist you with Guardianships.
I advise and assist Trustees and Successor Trustees with the creation and administration of Living Trusts, Grandchildren's Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, and more.
I assist clients with transfers of real estate between family members as well as sale transactions not involving a realtor. I can help you name a beneficiary on your house.

Payment: We accept debit and credit card payments through Clio Payments, as well as check or cash.
Flat Fees: For most first-time estate planning, at your Consultation Appointment you will be quoted for a flat-fee planning package that includes all of the documents that you will need along with our time. Depending on your particular planning, there may be additional recording or filing fees, which we'll discuss. Payment is due at the time of your Signing Appointment.
Legal Services. If you engage us for legal services, including additional planning or estate or trust administration, we keep track of our time and bill you at our respective rates for attorney and paralegal work. Your engagement letter that you sign hiring Harrell Law LLC will spell out those rates.
Retainers. Most litigation clients are asked to deposit a retainer into a trust account. Retainers will be used for attorney fees when billed, and other costs, such as filing or recording fees. If the retainer is not used up, the client receives a refund at the end of the matter.
*Retainers vary depending on the case. The retainer amount is not a prediction of the total cost of a case.
