I work with clients and their families to create estate plans tailored to their needs using Wills, Trusts, Power-of-Attorneys, and other documents.  I provide probate and non-probate asset planning.

If you've lost a loved one, I can assist you with being appointed as executor or personal representative through the probate court process.  I handle small estate administration as well. 

My goal is to guide you and your family to develop a plan to address your legal, financial, and long-term health-care planning concerns as you age. We can also assist you with Guardianships.

I advise and assist Trustees and Successor Trustees with the creation and administration of Living Trusts, Grandchildren's Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, and more. 

I assist clients with transfers of real estate between family members as well as sale transactions not involving a realtor.  I can help you name a beneficiary on your house.

I work with clients and their families to advise them through all types of family law, from stepparent adoptions to crafting premarital agreements to "gray divorce".
